This morning we were up and packed early as we had a big drive to get to Airlie Beach!
Last night we were looking for a place to stay there and a lot of the caravan parks were booked out and what was left was $50 a night! So we found a ocean view apartment for $90 a night and decided to pay the extra for luxury!
So we drove all day and got to Airlie at 4.30pm, checked into our apartment up on the hill overlooking the Main Street of Airlie and of course the gorgeous ocean and Harbour! The apartment is great and we may never want to leave...we are here for 4 nights so got some time to relax and enjoy it!
Cooked up some dinner in our real kitchen and watched some TV before heading to our real bed for a real nights sleep!
