Today we ran out of gas and had to head back to the town of Wellstead (18km) to fill up the gas bottle.
$42 later and we have our gas bottle filled up! Ahhh! Expensivo! Back to camp for breakfast.
Drove around for some more firewood, walked up and down the beach here and followed the signs to a fish filleting table. Which turned out to be a plank of wood stuck between two rocks. That's how they do it in WA.
The water here is meant to be pretty salty so it's not fit for human consumption, so Joel filled up our bucket with it to have a shower. He then took another container to fill up with the rainwater tank that is fit for consumption. Brings them back and the rainwater tank one is yellow, looks like he pee'd in the container and then bought it back. Don't think we will be drinking that!
Another visit from the kangaroos this afternoon, must of already had a feed at the other campsites cuz they weren't as interested in us today.
